2011 Summer Basketball

The Lumen Christi High School girls basketball program will have a competitive June schedule.  All girls planning to play basketball for Lumen Christi are encouraged to participate. There will be two teams. Cost per child is $50.00 for the month of June.

Parents will be needed to drive to each event.  If a girl needs a ride there will always be a family that will take her.  We want all girls that played in the past year, and plan to play in 2011/12 season to participate.

Summer basketball is an excellent chance to get quality court time for the girls, and the learning experience will make the girls better players.  The coaches will decide which team each girl will play with and may move them from team to team depending on the girls available. All girls participating will play.  No one will sit the bench. 

Our teams will wear the reversible practice jerseys for the summer so we won't have to buy uniforms.  They will wear black shorts No Exceptions (provided by them) with the green/white jersey.

We look forward to working hard this summer, and having a great time doing it.  The girls will become better basketball players and be ready for the school basketball season at Lumen Christi.
